Internet Explorer should prompt at the bottom to allow the plug, just hit yes for all websites. Can you still download os x mavericks. And there you are, should have at least viewing access to the camera. Since Smartthings is probably out of the picture, I am trying to get a NAS working, or an FTP server to save the recordings. The SD card slot seems to be disabled. Plugins are tools used to enhance your browsing experience. However, they are being phased out by Google as they move toward using only extensions instead. Consequently, Adobe Flash is the last plugin left. The only options you have regarding plugins is changing the permissions for Flash and access to your computer.
Our aim is to support as many browsers as possible however each browser has its differences. We are committed to resolving issues that occur however some issues require more development and time than others.

The online platform used to view your Wisenet NVR online is called WebViewer and it can be used on Internet Explorer, Chrome and Firefox. Chrome and Firefox can only support the Lite version of WebViewer whereas Internet Explorer can only support the full version. It does not work when using Safari on an iPhone so I would suggest using the mobile application instead of WebViewer. Both the Lite and the Full versions offer you the option to edit the system settings and view the live feed however you cannot view playback in the Lite version.
